Hey! I’m Ellen, a creative centipede,
a Manifesting Generator 3/5 and I let myself be guided by nature and my gut feeling.
But for a long time, this wasn’t the case...
I was running on autopilot and had become estranged from myself. I followed five educations, ranging from sculpture to herbalism, lost myself in relationships,
created visions of the future tailored to other people’s expectations, failed to respect my own boundaries, blocked every emotion and reduced everything to
my perfectionist mind.
So I have already experienced various aspects of life and have a well-filled backpack, but I see this as my strength to support you, guide you and embark on a journey together through the different layers of being.
I want to help you feel good in your own skin (again) through a soothing, gentle massage and/or a relaxing energetic treatment.

Onze sessies zijn geen vervanging voor medische of psychologische diagnoses, behandelingen of adviezen. Wij zijn geen artsen, psychologen of erkende zorgverleners. Energetische therapie kan het herstelproces ondersteunen, maar blijft een aanvullende behandeling die de reguliere zorg niet mag belemmeren.
Hoewel cliënten baat kunnen hebben bij deze methoden, zijn ze niet wetenschappelijk onderbouwd volgens de normen van evidence-based geneeskunde. Er worden dan ook geen medische claims gedaan over hun werkzaamheid of effectiviteit.
Bij lichamelijke of psychische klachten adviseren wij om eerst contact op te nemen met een arts of medisch specialist. We maken cliënten steeds bewust van de aard van onze werkwijze en verwijzen door wanneer een hulpvraag buiten ons werkveld valt.
